1 All hourly rates are subject to current prices and negotiable.  
 
  2 For monthly assignments, 30% of basic salary per month. Clients are required to notify us the absent and sick leave days before termination of each candidate.  
 
  3 We charge a minimum of 4 hours per day including Saturdays. Charges exclude lunch hour. Overtime billed at a time and an half, which after normal working hours on Monday to Friday, and Saturdays after 1: 00 pm.  
 
  4 Sundays and Public Holiday are billed at double time.  
 
  5 There will be no charge if the candidate does not perform the assigned duties at a satisfactory level at the 1st three hours of the first day. Employer have to notify the agency within those three hours, thus no payment will be given to the candidate.  
 
  6 All tax returns for the temporary placements are filled by the agency under the terms of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.  
 
  7 All temporary placements must not be entrusted with handling of cash or other kind of valuables, and operating any kind of motor vehicles without prior official written permission from Trust Personnel Agency.  
 
  8 For in-house type of service such as the premises, hotels, homes and etc. Payment will be made immediately after the completion of the assignment.  
 
  9 All the temporary staffs are insured under the Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance and the Agency will complete tax return forms of the Inland Revenue Department.
