| PLACEMENT & TERMS CONDITIONS |
| 1 | Trust Personnel Agency will do the best in selection of candidates to your company. |
| 2 | Your company or any subsidiaries and associated companies in any circumstances hired candidate/s within the 12 months from the 1st interview at your company or any subsidiaries and associated companies that provided by Trust Personnel Agency. Your companies are already engaged an agreement with us. Your company has to pay full amount of agency fee according to the agreement. |
| 3 | All candidates are introduced in a confidential basis & under the Privacy Ordinance. In the event of the confidential information of our candidate/s are passed into the other party or parties, by you, your servants or other agents and resulting an employment of the candidate/s, it is hereby agreed that professional fees shall be chargeable on you as there is a or are employments had made. |
| 4 | Company or any subsidiaries and associated companies interviewing any candidate/s that provided by Trust Personnel Agency, shall be deemed as an acceptance of our terms of business. |
| 5 | Employment agency fee has to be settled within 2 weeks after Reported Duty. There will be additional 2% administration fee applied on overdue amount per month after the settlement date. |
| 6 | We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of any information and references the provided by our candidate nor for their personal traits. |
| 7 | Our Professional fee due on the date that the successful candidate reports for duty. |

Guarantee Period : The guarantee period including non-working days from the commencement date of employment. If any employment that terminated by either party (candidate/s or your company) within the guarantee period, agency fee will be charged as following alternatives: |

Trust Personnel Agency will try our best effort to offer your company one replacement (within the guarantee period) in the same position provided that the agency fee for the initial placement has to be settled in advance (50% of the agency fee will be refunded if no replacement can be offered). |

- |
50% of the agency fee for the initial placement will be charged without providing replacement. |
